This boy is named Spero (pronounced Spear-o) which means "Hope" in Latin. He is exactly what we hoped for. His herdsire is the late, multi award winning AofO Silver-Celebration. AofO Silver Celebration took the show ring by storm winning more blue ribbons and championships at AOBA certified shows than any other alpaca in the history of the industry. To date he has won 23 Blue Ribbons, 20 Championship Banners, including several Bred and Owned and Judges Choice awards competing against all color classes (even white)! Silver is throwing Blue Ribbon Winning cria! What a shame to hear of his untimely passing in November of 2008. Spero is one of the ONLY GREY HERDSIRES out of the late Silver-Celebration.

Spero has absolutely perfect conformation & his markings are gorgeous. He already has incredible fineness and density. He's taking ribbons and continues to get nicer! He has several breedings now confirmed and crias due to hit the ground this year! Breedings have already been reserved for this spectacular boy~reserve yours now!

Vintage Richie Rich

Type:  Male Huacaya
Status:  Unproven
Birthdate:  4/17/2008
Heritage:   1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
Registration: ARI Registration Pending
Color:  True Black

Richie Rich, his name fits his fiber.....royal baby softness like you have never felt before in black! He gets his wonderful soft fiber from his sires accoyo lineage, coming from Accoyo Cordero.  Cordero's fiber is soft and wonderful at age 15! Richie is like a sponge made from rabbit fur... soft yet thick. Richie has the softness, we will have to wait and see what kind of density he can put on as he ages. He's the son of Sterling Silver, a gorgeous grey from Vintage Alpacas. Sterling is still winning ribbons at 5 years old! Richie has a classy attitude, as he strutes around the farm. He does not have a white fiber anywhere... we turned him over and over... no signs of anything but pure black lushiousness.

His dam, Silver Symphony, is a beautiful daughter of 5Peruvian Silverado. Silver has only given us grey crias until now. She has a terrific topknot, and spiral curles down the backs of her legs. All her crias have been sold to other breeding programs.

Richie has perfect conformation, perfect bite, straight legs, shiney soft non fading true black fiber showing GREAT definition to his crimp at the skin level and a great head style. Coverage--from the nose to the toes. Richie is now co-owned with Alpacas of Pureline Farm in Aspers, Pa.  Richie is currently not for sale, but is available for stud!  See his listing on the "Our Studs" page.

Gabe.jpg

Pureline's Gabriel

Type:  Huacaya
Status:  Unproven
Birthdate:  5/12/2008
Heritage:   Full Peruvian
Registration: ARI Registered
ARI #:  1104790
Color:   Dark Fawn

Crimp throughout his facial fleece, a full topknot crimped to the tips that covers his eyes, an attitude of gentle strength- this macho stands out where ever he is!

Gabriel is full Peruvian,1/4 Accoyo, and the son of two blue ribbon (white/beige) parents. Since his full shearing on 5/10/2009 - his natural stovepipe legs, gorgeous topknot, and shorn popcorn fleece indicate extreme density to come as we had expected. His shorn staple was very long and fine - gorgeous fleece! By clients' request - Gabe has been moved to our foundation herd and our herdsire line-up for an official debut in 2010. He is showing strong interest now and may be ready early - we will begin his career late Fall 2009 - early Spring 2010.

Gabe's dam - Allegheny Peruvian Willow (Grand Master/El Rey Lines) - is full sister to the white AOBA national Champion male El Toro - who was sadly lost much too young. Willow is the only full sibling known to be breeding his genetics. Gabe's sire is Avatoru - an exquiste multiple blue ribbon male with genetics not often seen - to include Virtual Vicuna of Star Hill among others. This young male is carrying extreme staple with fineness - and density demonstrated initially in his neck, topknot, and leg fiber which carry his crimp well throughout now showing in his thick blanket. As with offspring of both his sire and dam - density and lock architecture are expressed after the cria fleece comes off (which was at 7+ inches at a tender age of 10.5 months). Having Willow's offspring and being familar with the ribbon winning offspring of the sire - we are sitting in wait for a star herdsire in this beautiful mover.

Gabe is co-owned with Alpacas of Pureline Farm in Aspers, PA.
